Will my stupid teenage f*&k up ruin my chances at a holiday work visa?

when I was 14 I was charged with stealing **** from a store along with one of my friends. the court allowed me to do a community service time which I believe got it off my record, but I am sure would still be in a file somewhere to say what had happened. When I file for my work holiday visa will this affect me now and disapprove my application?
