Whats wrong with my dog?

She is a 10 year old German Sheppard mix. We have taken her to numerous vets many many times. She refuses to eat and is extremely skinny. The vet believed she had either liver cancer, or liver disease. But they could not determine which. But she now has a new symptom, she has a growth just below her lil girl parts, she is spayed though. She is often licking at it, its looks red, swollen, and a bit bloody. Her other symptoms include: lack of appetite, small bump on the end of her snout, and she is usually tired. She does not act like she is in pain, other then the new growth. Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be or anything we could try to get her to eat? We have offered her nearly everything. Thanks so much!
