Dog soft lump on his head?

Get him to the vet. Could be an abscess from the cat fight which requires immediate treatment. Could be a harmless lipoma (but the head is an unusual place for them) , or could be a more serious tumor. Fine another boarding situation for your dog he is clearly not safe in this situation.
