Chinese water dragon enclosure?

I need to upgrade my CWD tank, I want to use the reptarium, is that safe? Its made of mesh and would be 260 gallons, tall way. I know it will be hard with keeping humidity high but I'm going to get a mister or fogger with it, plus there would be a heat mat under the water source with a running fountain. And by any chance does anyone know his age by his length? He is 11 inches snout to the end of his tail... Thanks!
