What kind of shepherd is this?

I found a shepherd pup at a park today. Someone abandoned her. My husband and I took her in as a foster. Imagine a german shepherd but with a blue merle coat (blue-grey and beige hair) her snout is all blue so is her nose and her eyes are a light yellow with a grey ring around them.
