What breed of dog looks kind of like an anteater?

Looks mainly GSD to me. Could be a mix though, or just has long nose genetics. One person mentioned his snout may have been broken, I'm not sure about that. You'd have to ask the animal shelter. The dogs looks very sad though, needs a home I can tell =(
