I don't disapprove,everyone to their own.I used get very bad anxiety and panic attacks and I was a heavy smoker for many years.Often got heart palpitations and have had more than one round of tests done on my heart.I eventually had to give up smoking five years ago.If there is a history of anxiety problems you need to keep you lifestyle as stress free as possible,hard to do as it is, and try keep to a healthy diet,exercise and yes try give up the smokes.Not a disapproval,it's just what worked for me.
