Why hasn't my GF had sex with me yet? help me ladies.?

Alright, I have known my girlfriend for a year and two months. We went out for months, and unfortunately broke up....But then we got back together and have been that way for a month now :) I fell in love with her the first time I seen her (i know a lot of people don't believe in that) Anyway, its a year and almost three months later and we have not entered a realm passed making out. She has told me about the other times she had sex with previous boyfriends. We have talked about sex. I have also stumbled across spots that turn her on, and she has told me about a few. She likes to tease me. like sometimes she will just give me a pecks on the lips, and then when im about to move away from her she will dive deep into it and give me real passionate kisses and then stop. Anyway its not like i just grab her breast or her ***, its just really passionate rubbing on the back and sides. even a quick kiss on the neck, and she either pushes my hand away from the area, kinda jumps like she was surprised, or looks at me like she disapproves. Why doesn't she want to have sex? Its not the only thing i want from her because i am in love with her. she hasnt said it back yet but not giving up yet. But ive had these strong intimate feelings about her for a while now, and i dont even watch porn anymore because shes all i want. Im just feeling kinda self concious, and sexually frustrated now. What do i do? Advice?
