What breed is my dog?

My dog is about 9 or 8 years old and still going strong. And her main color is white and she has a few spots on her. The spots are like a golden tannish color or a golden brown color I would say. She is also very lazy but not fat she's pretty skinny and has been that way for as long as I can remember. I hope these details about my dog are helpful to you.
