A question about my dog?

I notice my dog tends to rub his muzzle or snout a lot, he does this everyday, sometimes when he does it he will roll around on his back and make weird noises. Sometimes he will hide his face with his paws when he is on his back, like he is hiding. So does this mean he is happy or ? should i be worried.
